Our team is committed to making sure each and every order goes out on time and fulfilled correctly. Please review our shipping policies below for details on when your order will be processed and shipped. 

BASIC SHIPPING POLICIES:

Most orders placed before 2PM PST will ship the on same business day.

Most orders received after 2PM PST Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE:

DHL does not pickup on Mondays. International orders shipped through DHL which are placed after 2PM Friday or orders placed on Monday will not ship out until Tuesday.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours 9AM to 5PM PST Monday - Friday.

Orders for Overnight shipping on Friday will not be delivered on weekends. If you need Saturday delivery please call us to check if your area has a Saturday service option.

PRIORITY SHIPPING & OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

Overnight or 2 Day orders must be placed before 2PM PST. No exceptions.Orders placed on Friday for overnight shipping will not get there until Monday - if you absolutely need Saturday delivery please call us and we can check to see if UPS or FedEx offers a Saturday service to your area.Please use our shipping calculator at checkout for Express Shipping rates.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

UPS, FedEx and USPS observe the following holidays. Please note that packages can not be shipped out until the next business day.

Thanksgiving Day November 28th, 2019*
Christmas December 25, 2019*
New Year's Day January 1, 2019*

Please allow enough time for processing and shipping during the holiday season. Due to high shipping volumes and/or weather delays USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx may delay your delivery. Order early to ensure on time holiday shipping. See our Holiday Shipping Guide for more information.

SHIPPING FEES & RETURNS:
